Membership & Registration

Club membership and player registration is managed through Foireann – the GAA management system. Foireann provides self-service registration for individuals and families (players and non-players), provies on-line payment options and team management capability.

To become a club member and to be eligible to play with the club, members and players will need to create an account through Foireann. Alternatively a membership form can be downloaded here and returned to a club committee member. (see further details on how to set up an account below.)

Membership can be paid through Foireann (using the Stripe payments system) or can be paid to a club committee member. A least one parent/guardian of juvenile players must become a member of our club.

For new club members, if you do not already have an account with Foireann, see a demonstration video here for how to set up your account and select Templederry Kenyons as your club.

If you are a player, mentor or parent/guardian of a player who will play with the Templederry/Ballinahinch teams, you will also need to affiliate yourself with Ballinahinch/Templederry GAA in Foireann. Membership should be paid to Templederry Kenyons club only.

Payment by Debit or Credit Card is facilitated within the Foireann system at no additional cost to you on the secure Stripe payment platform. If you cannot pay by Debit or Credit Card please select the Pay Later in Club Option when processing your registration and payment can be made to Yvonne Forde, Cora Ryan, Bryan Carey, Aideen McCarthy or Martina Ryan (Juvenile).

Please note that your registration will not be complete until payment has been received by the club.

Important for Parents/Guardians of Juvenile Players

Parents can register their child/children on the Foireann system. We also ask that at least one parent/guardian per family registers as a member of our club. This is done by selecting Family in the Pull Down menu. See further information on setting up a family here.

Preferences

On registering your child or yourself as a club member Foireann asks you to select of number of preferences including opting into club communications and also your photography preference. If you wish to receive texts about club fixtures etc you need to opt into club communications.

On the subject of photography preferences, we feel it is important to recognise the achievements and successes of our players and of our club as a whole. To allow us to do this, we would like to use photographs of our youth and adult players in the local press and at times, on the club website, newsletter, message system, and social media. We also want to ensure that we have a photographical record for the future of the players who represent our club.

Please note that regardless of your decision or preference selected on the Photography preference option it is the individual player or parent(s) responsibility to follow the preference that you have selected in respect of photography and ensure that your child is not included in team photographs We are looking forwarding to the 2022 season starting back and would ask that you ensure you and/or your child are registered as soon as possible and in advance of return to play and training.
