GAA Safe Return Roadmap

The GAA have outlined a Safe Return Roadmap for re-opening GAA clubs following government guidelines. The Covid-19: Guidelines on Safe Return to Gaelic Games document published by the GAA can be viewed here.

Prior to returning to training, coaching or any role involved with teams in the club, including parents/guardians, please make sure you have completed the following:

1. Complete eLearning Module - click here

The GAA have prepared an eLearning Module which must be completed The course takes 20 minutes and can be completed on phone, tablet or computer.

There is a short 5-question multiple-choice quiz at the end of the course. On successful completion you will be able to generate a certificate of completion which you need to screen-shot or print and provide to your team COVID-19 Supervisor.

2. Complete Health Questionnaire - Click here

The online Health Questionnaire should be completed before the initial return to training. This will help to identify if you have any symptoms. Please do not attend training or games if you have symptoms.

Continuously self-monitor for symptoms and inform your COVID-19 supervisor if you develop symptoms.

3. Adhere to Hygiene Best Practice

Frequent hand washing, sanitising, and regular cleaning and washing of gear and equipment.

Avoid the following: spitting, sharing water bottles, touching high contact surfaces (e.g. door handles)

Contact your team COVID-19 Supervisor for any questions at any time.
