Like many other communities around Ireland, members of our club and community have benefited greatly from the services provided by Pieta. We would now like to support their work and enable Pieta to help others in the same situation.
We will have refreshments throughout the day, music to help motivate the walkers and facepainting at certain times.

We start our 24-hours of walking supported by local muscians The Slattery’s
Between 10pm and 12am, we will have candles and walk in rememberence of those who are no longer with us.
Join our Senior Hurlers who are walking during the night
Walk into the start of a new day from 6AM
Some time dedicatd to those who wish to run instead of walk the track
Especially for parents/grandparents with buggys
For any younger (or older) walkers who would like to get their faces painted they can do so from 11am – 1pm.
Jack Loughnane will provide music for the lunchtime walkers from 12pm to 2pm.
Walk 4 Pieta accompanied by some local Trad musicians
The walkers in the final hour of our Walk 4 Pieta will be entertained by Edel and Louise.
